A new gathering in Madrid welcomed community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to mark the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The dialogue included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers presented different experiences and viewpoints on how mutual knowledge can strengthen coexistence.
In the discussion, participants addressed themes such as tolerance, social cohesion and the prevention of discrimination.
